Amazing Brownies

Yields: 24 Smallish Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa powder (Dutch processed is best)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat oven to 350* F.
- Melt the butter in a medium-large pan.
- Let cool slightly; then mix in the ingredients in the order given.
- Bake in either a greased brownie pan or a lined muffin pan.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, checking after 30 minutes.
- The brownies are done when a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
