Amazing Apricot-Glazed Pork Chops

I tried this recipe tonight and it is going down in the definitely-making-that-again cookbook database! No need to marinate in advance, the chops were great with 15 min prep! I served this course with stuffing and it was a great compliment! Enjoy! Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine the first seven ingredients in a medium shallow bowl. Mix well.
  3. Rinse pork chops in cold water and coat in mixture.
  4. Place coated pork chops in a greased baking dish and pour apricot preserves over the top of each.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Enjoy!
