Amazing Apricot-Glazed Pork Chops

Yields: 4 pork chops
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 3 -4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup apricot preserves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine the first seven ingredients in a medium shallow bowl. Mix well.
- Rinse pork chops in cold water and coat in mixture.
- Place coated pork chops in a greased baking dish and pour apricot preserves over the top of each.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
