Amarula Chocolate Dream

Ingredients
Chocolate Base
- 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
- 3 teaspoons caster sugar
- 150 ml fresh cream
- 1⁄3 cup Amarula cream liqueur
- 50 g chocolate, grated
Top
- 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
- 3 teaspoons caster sugar
- 150 ml fresh cream
- 1⁄3 cup Amarula cream liqueur
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄2 cup toasted almond, chopped
Directions
- Mix together the gelatin and castor sugar and place to one side.
- Heat the cream and Amarula gently, be careful to not boil, remove from the stove and stir in the gelatin mixture.
- Stir till gelatin is dissolved and add the chocolate, stir till melted.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the glasses.
- Place the glasses into the fridge to set.
- Mix together the gelatin and castor sugar and place to one side.
- Heat the cream and Amarula gently, be careful to not boil, remove from the stove and stir in the gelatin mixture.
- Stir till gelatin is dissolved and add the honey and nuts.
- Carefully pour over the chocolate base, return to the fridge and set till needed.
- Remove about 5 minutes before serving and garnish and serve.
