Amalfi Octopus

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 kg a medium sized octopus, cooked and cut into pieces
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons finely chopped onions
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh basil, finely chopped
- 6 ounces avocados, cut into cubes
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 serrano chilies, finely chopped
- salt
- chili powder
Directions
- Mix the octopus, onions, and basil in a bowl. Add the avocado cubes on top.
- Add the lime juice, olive oil, salt, serrano chili and the chili powder (I recommend "Tajin" a mexican brand).
- serve with tostadas or pita crisps.
