Directions

  1. Fry the onions in the oil for three minutes;
  2. Add the potatoes and stir fry four minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and 1/2 cup of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
