Ingredients
- 1 -2 tablespoon unflavored whole chickpeas (otherwise known as garbanzo beans, from the can, drained)
- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 1 -2 tablespoon choice fruit jelly (grape, blackberry suggested (avoid tarter fruits)
Directions
- Ingredient proportions are per slice of bread, or half of a sandwich (folded slice of bread).
- -Spread choice fruit preserve as would for PB&J on bread slice.
- -Add chickpeas (still whole), folding bread in a taco-like way to contain them.
- -Consume.
