Alta Mire Gin Fizz

This is a very refreshing drink for a warm summer evening. I like to serve it at small dinner parties. Small, like my husband and myself!

• Serves: 1

Ingredients

• 3 1⁄2 ounces  gin
• 1  egg white
• 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
• 2  teaspoons sugar
• 3  drops orange flower water
• 1⁄2 ounce orange Curacao
• 3  ounces half-and-half

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender with small amount of crushed ice.
2. Blend.
3. Strain into a tall glass and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
