Alouette® Caramel Apple Brie Recipe

This is just lovely as we enter Fall and the Holiday! Warm creamy brie with fresh apples and sweet caramel!

• Serves: 8
• Yields: 1 brie wheel

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons  caramels, fruit dip
• 1 (13 1/4ounce) package  alouette baby  brie cheese, Original
• 2  apples, sliced
•  lemon juice to brush on apple

Directions

1. Spread caramel over the top of Alouette Baby Brie.
2. Brush apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
3. Arrange apples on top of the Alouette Baby Brie.
4. Serve at room temperature.
