Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 cups milk
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup ghee
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1 tablespoon chopped cashew nuts
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Directions
- Peel and grate potatoes.
- Boil in milk till tender and thick.
- Mash well.
- Add sugar cook on a slow fire.
- Add ghee, cashewnuts, cardamom and saffron, blend well.
- When it begins to leave the pan remove from fire.
- Transfer it to a greased tray.
