Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups teri yakisoba sauce
- 1⁄4 cup mirin
- 1⁄3 cup canola oil
- sea salt
- fresh cracked pepper
Directions
- hand pound and slice chicken breast into 2-3 oz strips.
- marinate in teriyaki sauce,canola oil, and mirin overnight.
- place chicken on water soaked wooden skewers
- fire grill.
- glaze with teri yaki sauce while grilling.
- season with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
