Almond Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1 1⁄8 cups vegetable oil
- 2 1⁄2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons butter flavor extract
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons almond extract
GLAZE
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon butter flavor extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3⁄4 cup powdered sugar
Directions
- Combine eggs, milk, oil and sugar -- set aside.
- Sift flour with baking powder and add to egg mixture -- gradually -- then add poppy seed and flavorings.mix well.
- Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake at 350* for 1 hour --
- Combine and mix glaze ingredients -- while bread if still warm -- pole holes so glaze runs into bread -- .
