Almond Joy Fudge

Ingredients
- 8 ounces coconut cream (trader joe`s )
- 1 lb coconut
- 24 ounces milk chocolate
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup sliced almonds (to garnish)
Directions
- Mix coconut cream, powder sugar and coconut.
- Strain excess liquid and run through a food processor to chopp coconut in fine chunks.
- Melt chocolate and mix with coconut mixture.
- Line cookie sheet with wax paper and spread mixture evenly on cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top and press in to chocolate.
- Let fudge set in freezer for about 3min. Then cut 1in cubes.
