Almond Flour Pancakes (Low Carb)

  1. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and vanilla ingredients.
  3. Pour egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix until there are no clumps.
  4. Heat butter or oil in non stick skillet.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on the first side, then flip.
