Almond Flour Brownies

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup unbleached cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄2 cup almond flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square pan; set aside.
- Combine the melted butter and cocoa, stirring to combine. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt and mix to combine.
- Spread into the baking pan and bake 30 minutes.
