- 1 cup almond milk
- 1⁄4 cup almonds
- 1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 3 dates
- 1⁄4 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄16 teaspoon clove
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon
