  • 14 cup  almonds
  • 12 cup  Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1  tablespoon flax seed meal
  • 3  dates
  • 14 scoop  vanilla flavored  protein powder
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 116 teaspoon clove
  • 18 teaspoon cinnamon
