Almond Crunch

Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds, blanched and slivered
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
Directions
- Line bottom and sides of an 8 or 9-inch pan with aluminum foil.
- Spray lightly with non stick spray; set aside.
- Combine all ingredients in a 10-inch skillet.
- Over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil until mixture turn golden brown, 5-6 minutes.
- Quickly spread in prepared pan.
- Cool 15 minutes and break into bite sized pieces.
