Almond Cheese Dome

Yields: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups shredded mild natural cheddar cheese
- 5 1⁄4 ounces camembert cheese, including crust
- 1⁄2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup almonds, toasted and sliced, divided use
- fresh fruit
- cracker
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cheeses and wine. Beat until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup almonds. Cover and chill. Shape into dome. Press with remaining 1/2 cup almonds against outside of cheese. Serve with fresh fruit and crackers.
