Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon pure almond extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.
- Cream butter and sugars together with a mixer.
- Add Molasses and almond butter, mix until blended.
- Add eggs, vanilla and pure almond extract, mix well.
- Add dry ingredients a little at a time until well mixed.
- Using a medium sized cookie scoop or drop by a tablespoon onto a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
