Almond Butter

Yields: 1 jar
Ingredients
- 420 g roasted almonds (or however many you need, this will make one large jar)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
- Add the almonds (or other type of nuts) to a food processor with the vanilla extract if using and blitz. Leave until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency. This could take 30 minutes, be patient and keep scraping the mixture from the edges of the food processor.
- Serve.
