All-Time Favorite Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of celery soup
  • 12 cup  chopped onion
  • 1  cup  shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 30  round  butter flavored crackers, crushed (Ritz crackers)

Directions

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a buttered 2 quart casserole dish; set aside.
  2. 2.Mix butter and crushed crackers together; sprinkle over corn mixture.
  3. 3.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
