- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon

- place in airtight container.will keep up to 3 months.
- great on fish pork chicken or beef.
