Alison's Hummus

Ingredients
- 5 garlic cloves, roasted
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (50 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Put all ingredients in food processor except oil. Blend until smooth, drizzling oil into top of processor. Top with fresh parsley.
