Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, Chopped
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add garlic and sauté on medium high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add cheese and cream stirring until it starts bubbling.
- Add parsley and let reduce for 15 minutes.
- Mix with your favorite pasta and serve immediately.
