Alfredo Sauce

An easy to make microwave sauce.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 3  tablespoons butter
• 3 -4  garlic cloves, minced
• 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese
• 250  ml  whipping cream (1 small container)

Directions

1. In a bowl microwave butter and garlic on h igh for 2 minutes. Stir.
2. Add whipping cream and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir.
3. Add cheese and microwave for 2 minutes until bubbly. Stir.
4. Pour over cooked noodles.
5. Add more parmesan if desired.
