Alberta 4-H Coconut Slices

Yields: 12-24 squares
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup fine shredded coconut
- graham wafers
Directions
- Grease a 9x13-inch pan with butter. Line with graham crackers.
- Bring butter, egg and milk to boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; mix well and spread over wafers. Cover with more wafers.
- Keep in fridge.
