  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 8" tube pan.
  2. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
  3. Whip cream.
  4. Beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla.
  5. Fold dry ingredients and whipped cream into batter.
  6. Bake in prepared pan for 40 minutes.
