Alaskan Fruit Salad

From Three Rivers Cookbook, vol.l (I think.) A very nice, different gelatin dessert.

  1. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of lemonade. In a medium saucepan, combine remaining lemonade, pudding mix and softened gelatin. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles. Chill until partially set.
  2. Whip cream. Fold into gelatin mixture. Fold in oranges, pineapples, and cherries. Chill until mixture mounds; turn into a 4 cup mold, if desired. Chill 4-5 hours.
