Alaskan Beer Quick Bread

Yields: 1 large loaf
Ingredients
- 2 1⁄4 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle alaskan amber beer
Directions
- Mix together in a bowl, the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add 12 ounces Alaskan Amber Beer*.
- Mix until evenly moistened.
- Bake in oiled loaf pan at 400°F for about 45 minutes.
- Invert onto rack and remove pan.
- Serve with butter& honey.
- *You could probably substitute any brand of"Amber" beer in this recipe.
