Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 (3 -4 lb) beef roast
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt (to taste)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon wine vinegar
- salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add roast and brown on all sides to seal in juices.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over browned roast.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
