Alabama Chili

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fat
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can red beans
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
Directions
- Heat the fat and quickly brown beef.
- Then add onions.
- When onions become translucent, add the tomato sauce, tomatoes, beans (drained), chili powder and garlic powder, and mix well.
- Then add the vinegar.
- Add cheddar on top to serve.
