Aioli Aka Garlic Dip, Sauce or Spread

Yields: 500 ml
Ingredients
- 50 g garlic, bulb
- 6 egg yolks
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 400 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions
- Remove all skin from the bulb of garlic.
- Blend first four ingredients in a small food processor.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- May be used as a dip or a sauce for anything that should have a bite of garlic.
