Ahi Salad

Ingredients
- 6 ounces fresh yellow fin tuna
- 1 cup organic spring greens
- 1 cup organic romaine lettuce
- 1⁄2 scallion
- 1⁄8 cup celery
- 1⁄8 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄8 cup juillienned carrot
- 1⁄3 cup rice
- 1 tbl.macadaima nuts
- 1 teaspoon white and black sesame seed
Directions
- apply ahi dry rub to tuna steak.
- sear tuna on high heat.
- plate greens.
- add scallions,celery, carrots, carnberries and rice.
- drizzle with sesame ginger dressing.
- thin slice ahi and place on top of salad.
- sprinkle with crushed macadaima nuts and sesame seeds.
- top with fried wonton strips.
- serve with wasabi aoli on the side.
