Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 teaspoons vinegar (probably white or apel-lingonberry)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Slice the cucumber paper-thin.
- Mix the vinegar, salt, sugar, dill, and pepper in a small bowl then pour over the cucumber slices, dispersing well.
- Sprinkle with the fresh parsley before serving.
