Ingredients

  • 2  cups  peeled seeded and diced ripe  fruit, such as melon,pineapple,mango and/or papaya
  • 2 12 cups water, preferably filtered
  • 3  tablespoons sugar (or to taste)

Directions

  1. In a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine the fruit, water and sugar.
  2. Process on high speed until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. Pass through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
  4. Chill thoroughly before serving.
