Agave and Ginger Scented Peanuts

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole unsalted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon finely pureed ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions
- In a large skillet over high heat, toast peanuts, 5-7 minutes.
- Add agave syrup, ginger and salt and stir to coat well.
- Transfer to a bowl and let cool to room temperature before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
