After the Party is Over! Refreshing Detox Fresh Fruit Salad

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 small pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 apples, washed but not peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 small clementines, peeled and segmented
- 1⁄2 lb black grapes, cut in half and deseeded (225g)
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 mango, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 pomegranate, seeds of
- 1 orange, juice of
- champagne (1 wine glass) (optional)
Directions
- Place all the peeled and prepared fruit chunks, except the pomegranate seeds, into a large glass serving bowl and pour the orange juice over, mix and if necessary, add more orange juice.
- Scatter the pomegranate seeds over the top and serve with low fat crème fraiche or vanilla yoghurt - or just "naked"!
- (Add champagne for a special festive dessert -- but not if you want to serve this detox style!).
