Ingredients
- 1⁄2 kg pork (with fat, any portion) or 1⁄2 kg chicken piece (with fat, any portion)
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup native vinegar (if not available any vinegar, will do)
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1⁄8 cup brown sugar
- peppercorn
- garlic clove
- laurel leaf
Directions
- combine all ingredients in a pan, simmer until tender or the liquid will reduce to half.
- then add cooking oil.
