Abernathy Irish Egg Rolls

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup chopped corned beef
- 3⁄4 cup sauerkraut
- 1⁄2 cup swiss cheese
- 12 wonton wrappers
- thousand island dressing, for dipping
Directions
- Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, and swiss together.
- Put equal amounts in center of each wonton.
- wrap each wonton and deep fry on medium high heat until lightly brown and crisp.
- Use thousand island for dip and enjoy!
