Ingredients
- 1 head bibb lettuce
- 1⁄2 cup shelled pistachios
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces blue cheese
- dijon vinaigrette
Directions
- Wash and chop lettuce. Mix all ingredients together.
- Top with your favorite dressing.
