Abby's Grilled Potatoes (Low Fat)

These double baked potatoes are exceptional! Cooked in the microwave, then finished off on the bbq... these potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Adding the sour cream will definately raise the calories, but they are, oh so worth it!!! These are my DH favorite potatoes!! Show more

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes and poke them with a fork for even cooking. Place them in the microwave and cook them for 15 - 18 minutes or until almost cooked.
  2. Remove them and cut in half. Brush the potatoes with some olive oil and sprinkle them with your favorite seasoning or just salt and pepper them. I use Club House Garlic Plus.
  3. Place the potatoes cut side down on the grill and continue cooking until the potato is crisp on the outside and cooked inside -- about 20 - 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the grill and serve with sour cream.
