Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb euryale ferox nuts
- salt
- ground black pepper
- ghee (optional) or clarified butter (optional)
Directions
- Place a non-stick pan on medium heat and add ghee to it.
- Add the Makhana to this pan and start roasting them until they turn light golden brown in color and become crispy.
- Remove from heat.
- While they are warm, sprinkle black pepper and salt.
- Enjoy this with your loved ones!
