A1 Steak Sauce ( Clone - Copycat - Homemade Substitute )

If you run out of A1, here's a good clone. A-1 is a brand name steak sauce.

• Yields: 2 Cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  orange juice
• 1⁄2 cup raisins
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
• 2  tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1  tablespoon  bottled grated  orange rind
• 2  tablespoons Heinz ketchup
• 2  tablespoons Heinz Chili Sauce

Directions

1. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes stirring.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Allow to cool to lukewarm.
4. Put mixture in a blender till it is pureed.
5. Pour in bottle.
6. Cap tightly and refrigerate to use within 90 days.
