A1 Glazed Sriracha Chicken Quesadilla #A1

Yields: 4 quesadillas
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1⁄2 cup fresh pineapple
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 lb chicken thigh
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup chopped scallion
- 1 cup corn kernel
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Blend A.-1. Original Sauce, pineapple, sriracha sauce, Marinate Chicken for 10 minutes.
- Grill chicken until fully cooked.
- Place tortilla in a nonstick pan, with cooking spray if desired, layer with remaining ingredients, add sliced chicken thighs.
- Fold tortilla in half. Cut in 4 and serve.
