A+ Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 12 ounces whole kernel corn
- 1⁄4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 tablespoon A.1. Original Sauce
- 6 large green peppers
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 cup grated cheese
Directions
- In skillet, over medium heat, brown meat and cook onion until done.
- Pour off drippings.
- Stir in corn, 1 can tomato sauce, rice, 1/4 cup steak sauce, seasoning salt and pepper.
- Set aside.
- In seperate bowl mix 1 can tomato sauce and 1 tbsp steak sauce.
- Set aside.
- Cut tops off green pepper.
- Remove seeds and veins.
- Spoon meat mixture into peppers.
- Arrange in 9x9x92 inch baking pan.
- Cover peppers with tomato/A-1 mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until green peppers are done.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes before removing from oven, long enough for cheese to melt.
