A Quick Fix

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice, prepared
- 1 lb ground turkey, cooked
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (5 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3⁄4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon iodized salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
Directions
- Cook the rice, set aside. Cook the Ground Turkey, add the rest of ingredients. Then add to the rice. Let simmer for about 15mins. Serve.
