- 1 cup favourite milk
- 1 banana
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup coconut cream
- 50 g spinach
Directions
- Place all the above ingredients in a blender.
- Process until smooth.
