A Little Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)

This is a great recipe. The bread is light and a high riser too!!! 1-1/2LB. loaf

• Ready In: 4 hrs 15 mins
• Yields: 1 Loaf

Ingredients

• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons  yeast
• 1⁄2 cup wheat flour
• 2 1⁄2 cups white flour
• 1  teaspoon sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1  tablespoon honey
• 1  tablespoon olive oil
• 1 1⁄3 cups water

Directions

1. Place ingredients in bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacture.
2. Select Light Crust – Basic White Bread setting.
