A Different Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients
- 3 large carrots, shredded
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded carrots, raisins, walnuts,if using, celery, and coconut. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir dressing into carrot mixture. Chill a few hours before serving.
