A-B-C Smoothie

Enjoy a healthy smoothie that sugar free, dairy free, rich in fiber, low in sodium, and high in antioxidants. It's delicious and to my surprise has a "chocolaty" like smooth taste. Really? ...yes REALLY!!! Now you may not believe it, but I think this recipe comes pretty close to indulgence without guilt! And I don’t have to be concerned about food allergies with this one. So just close your eyes and take a sip (or a spoonful) and Enjoy! Show more
