8 Ball

A cocktail with Bacardi, orange liqueur, tequila pineapple & lime juice. Looks like it would be sweet but bitey. Untried, but definitely on the list! :)

• Serves: 1

Ingredients

•  ice
• 30  ml Bacardi light rum
• 15  ml Grand Marnier (or Cointreau)
• 30  ml  tequila
• 30  ml  pineapple juice
• 30  ml lime juice
• 1  dash  sugar syrup

Directions

1. 1/2 fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add ingredients & shake.
2. Strain into a rocks glass with a little ice.
